Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning through financial analysis and reports.
• Create dashboards for tracking key financial metrics.
• Assist in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Train and mentor junior analysts on financial reporting processes.
• Review and improve existing financial processes for efficiency.
• Engage with auditors during financial audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
