Job Description

The Molded Candles Wicker will be tasked with creating high-quality, artisanal candles using innovative wicker molds. This role necessitates a blend of creativity and technical skill to design, produce, and finish candles that meet our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and finish unique candles in a timely manner.
• Use a variety of wicker molds to experiment with shapes and aesthetics.
• Ensure all finished products are safe and up to brand standards.
• Communicate ideas effectively within the team to enhance production flow.
• Work collaboratively to solve production challenges.
• Maintain an inventory of materials and order supplies as needed.
• Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate relevant changes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in art and craft preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of candle-making or craft-related experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of candle-making techniques
• Understanding of safety standards
