Job Description

As a Retail Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be tasked with safeguarding our retail environment. You will work to prevent theft and ensure that all store protocols are followed to maintain a secure shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective monitoring of store premises through CCTV and other security systems.
  • Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of suspected theft incidents.
  • Train staff in best practices for theft deterrence and loss prevention.
  • Work with law enforcement when necessary to address criminal activities.
  • Perform monthly assessments of security equipment and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring store safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Criminal Justice or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail environment with loss prevention focus
