Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated First-Line Supervisor of Protective Service Workers to oversee our security team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the premises and coordinating with various teams to implement security measures effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site security team and allocate duties.
  • Create comprehensive reports on security activities and incidents.
  • Ensure team members are fully trained on emergency response protocols.
  • Liaise with management to refine security procedures.
  • Review and adjust security measures as required to enhance efficiency.
  • Engage in regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for security-related matters.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism within the team.
  • Engage in conflict resolution and handle personnel issues.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in security or protective services, with supervisory experience preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Surveillance Equipment Operation
