Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our developing team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of road systems. You will work closely with project managers and other engineers to ensure that projects meet safety standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of road construction projects from inception to completion
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction meets design specifications
  • Collaborate with local agencies to secure permits and approvals
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with construction projects
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Oversee project budget and financial management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement efforts related to construction projects
  • Implement sustainability initiatives in road construction
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering and project management
