Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new analog devices and improve existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.
• Actively participate in cross-functional project meetings to drive design innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field

Technical Skills

• MATLAB
• Verilog HDL

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Collaboration

Certifications

• AEC Certification in Electronics Engineering

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP): Understanding of DSP fundamentals and applications.
• Familiarity with international standards in electronics: Experience with IEC and ANSI standards.
