Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Farmworkers and Laborers to support our crop cultivation in nurseries and greenhouses. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planting and cultivation activities.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust work plans accordingly.
• Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of greenhouse environments.
• Support the harvesting of crops as required.
• Document daily activities and report any anomalies in crop conditions.
• Comply with all safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Engage in team discussions for improved operational efficiency.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on agricultural equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in agriculture or farming preferred

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of plant biology

Soft Skills

• Physical stamina
• Ability to work in team settings

Languages

• English: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with detasseling or crop maintenance tasks: Hands-on experience with detasseling or similar agricultural duties is a plus.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in farming: Understanding of eco-friendly practices in crop management.
