We are seeking a skilled Cementer to join our construction team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete projects, ensuring they meet project specifications while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during concrete pouring and finishing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project objectives and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in the construction industry with a focus on concrete work

Technical Skills

• Cementing Techniques

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Safety Practices: Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction.
