We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our energetic team in Columbus. This role will involve creating, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to elevate our brand and engage with our clients effectively. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media.
• Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
• Create and manage content that attracts and engages target audiences effectively.
• Develop measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
• Train and mentor junior team members on digital marketing best practices.
• Participate in product launches and develop marketing strategies to support them.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• Relevant professional certifications preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing

Technical Skills

• Google Ads
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

Certifications
