Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Doctor to provide specialized medical care for newborn infants, particularly those who are premature or have medical complications. Join our esteemed team in the NICU and make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable infants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medical care to critically ill newborns.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage complex cases.
• Coordinate care with pediatricians and nursing staff.
• Advocate for patient needs and family engagement.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training.
• Stay abreast of latest developments in neonatal care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Supervise medical trainees in the NICU.
• Engage in community outreach to enhance neonatal health awareness.

Requirements

Education

• MD or DO with a focus on Pediatrics.
• Completion of a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years working in a NICU setting.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Clinical Skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems

Certifications

• Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
