Job Description

The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to internal and external users. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. Your contribution will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' technology encounters are seamless and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries.
  • Utilize remote access software for troubleshooting.
  • Help users with software installation and configuration.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT supplies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors when needed.
  • Take part in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep technical skills current.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Certifications for specialized software may be required
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support
