Job Description

As an Investment Banker with Top Tier Financial Group, you will leverage your analytical skills and finance expertise to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Your responsibilities include crafting financial models, preparing detailed pitch books, and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial insights and reports based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Engage with clients to gather information and understand their goals.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models to assess risks and returns.
  • Conduct sector-specific research to inform investment decisions.
  • Draft and finalize transaction documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the negotiation of financial terms with investors and stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze the financial performance post-transaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions for compliance and reporting.
  • Identify trends in financial markets that may affect client strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategy updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking or relevant financial services
