Enrolled Actuary

Job Description

We are seeking an Enrolled Actuary to provide top-tier actuarial services and consulting in areas such as retirement plan valuation and pension design. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demographic and financial data to determine potential plan liabilities.
• Prepare projections and cost estimates for retirement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to innovate pension strategies.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new benefit plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial health of pension plans.
• Communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-expert stakeholders.
• Ensure all actuarial practices align with best standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Review and enhance internal processes for actuarial services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in actuarial work, especially in retirement plans
