Seeking an experienced Mainspring Fabrication Supervisor! As a key leader, you will oversee production operations and team management to enhance efficiency and quality standards in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and recommend changes for improved operations.
• Act as a liaison between the production team and senior management.
• Ensure timely reporting of any production issues to management.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and processes.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Certifications in quality management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the manufacturing sector and 2+ years leading teams.
