Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Mat Worker to play a key role in the production and maintenance of mats for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will excel in manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of mats to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Utilize machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembling mats.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Document production outputs and any discrepancies.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to industry regulations.
• Work closely with the production supervisor to meet daily production goals.
• Engage in quality assurance practices to maintain product integrity.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment usage and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating computerized cutting machinery

Technical Skills

Languages
