Job Description

We are seeking dedicated ESL Teachers to enhance our educational programs. In this role, you will assess students' proficiency levels, develop personalized learning strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of our ESL curriculum.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
• Teaching certification or ESL teaching qualification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ESL teaching or related field

Technical Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of second language acquisition theories

Soft Skills

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural competency
• Patience and adaptability in teaching diverse learners

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience living or teaching abroad: Experience in international teaching environments enhances cultural competence.
• Experience with online teaching platforms: Familiarity with tools to enhance virtual learning experiences.
