As a Merchandise Displayer and Window Trimmer, your role will be pivotal in creating visually attractive product displays that captivate customers and drive sales. You will use your creativity and keen eye for aesthetics to enhance the shopping environment, ensuring that merchandise is arranged and highlighted effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic and engaging product displays that drive customer interest.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to plan layout changes and promotional setups.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards in visual presentations.
• Conduct regular assessments of display effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Assist in organizing special events and thematic presentations within the store.
• Use sales data to inform display choices and product placements.
• Train and guide team members on merchandising best practices.
• Keep abreast of current trends in retail merchandising and window display techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual retail roles

Languages
