Job Description

We are seeking skilled Textile Cutting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. In this role, you will operate rotary cutting machines to cut fabric into specified shapes and sizes, ensuring precision and quality standards are met. Prior experience in the textile or garment industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize cutting tickets to guide fabric cutting operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Keep accurate records of production output and any discrepancies observed.
• Assist in training new employees on the operation of cutting equipment.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production challenges and solutions.
• Maintain a tidy workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
• Contribute to team efforts in achieving daily production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience operating rotary cutters or similar machines.
