Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cuff production machinery efficiently.
• Conduct ongoing inspections during production to ensure product quality.
• Document production data accurately to facilitate reporting.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss improvements and updates.
• Support the training of new staff on production techniques.
• Manage material supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for optimal safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in textile or garment manufacturing is preferred.
