Job Description

As a Pourer and Caster, you will play a crucial role in the aluminum production process. You will operate and maintain Direct Chill Casting machines, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience in metal casting processes and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate Direct Chill Casting machines to produce aluminum products.
• Check equipment functionality and safety features regularly.
• Perform routine inspections and uphold quality standards.
• Coordinate with other teams to optimize production flow.
• Document and report production metrics and anomalies.
• Adhere to organizational policies and safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
• Maintain a productive and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in casting operations are preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in casting operations.
