Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PLC systems and other related equipment.
• React swiftly to alarms, understanding potential implications.
• Record and investigate each incident to improve future responses.
• Communicate effectively with different teams for operational success.
• Manage software applications for data visualization and analysis.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades when necessary.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency.
• Support the operations manager in special projects as needed.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance in the control room.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in field-specific operations is desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or related operations
