Sewing Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various sewing machines and be capable of producing high-quality garments efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring our production meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of sewing machines effectively.
• Adjust machine settings based on fabric type and design specifications.
• Conduct quality assessments of materials and finished products.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior operators.
• Ensure all machinery is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
• Communicate with the team to resolve production issues quickly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Languages

Advantageous
