We are in search of a skilled Flanger to operate and set up flanging machines in our manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run flanging operations to create precise metal flanges.
• Inspect and document production quality metrics.
• Participate in safety training and maintain a clean work environment.
• Offer suggestions for process improvements as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in metalworking is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience with metalworking machinery

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Safety Protocols

• Communication

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with various metals and alloys: Experience working with diverse metal compositions.
