Job Description

We are seeking a talented Photo Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing digital images to produce high-quality photographs. You will collaborate closely with photographers and clients, ensuring that specific requirements are met while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance various types of digital images ensuring high-quality output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Adjust colors, contrast, and exposure for optimal image quality.
• Work closely with the creative team to align on image styles and requirements.
• Maintain organized files and backups of edited images.
• Ensure that all edited images are delivered in the right format and quality.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative projects.
• Resolve technical issues related to photography equipment and software.
• Document editing processes for future reference and training.
• Assist in the training of junior photo finishers on software and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or related field (preferred)

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in professional photo editing and retouching

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
