Job Description

The Gambling Dealer plays a critical role in the casino environment, responsible for overseeing Baccarat games to ensure that players enjoy a fair and engaging experience. This position requires a strong understanding of gaming regulations and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled at dealing cards but also excel at creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to strict gaming regulations while dealing cards.
  • Engage with players to foster an enjoyable gaming experience.
  • Monitor the flow of the game and assist players as needed.
  • Report any suspicious activity to security personnel.
  • Work closely with fellow dealers and staff for smooth operations.
  • Participate in dealer trainings and workshops.
  • Maintain game standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in promoting special gaming events and promotions.
  • Provide feedback to management on player experiences.
  • Document any incidents that occur during the game.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a certified dealer training program highly desirable
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience dealing casino games preferred.
