Job Description

As the Group Creative Director, you will lead and mentor a talented creative team, develop innovative campaigns, and collaborate with clients to drive their business objectives forward. Your role is pivotal in shaping the creative vision of our agency and delivering high-quality work that pushes boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the overall creative strategy for the agency, ensuring it aligns with client goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members in their creative skills and professional growth.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Account Management, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Analyze market trends to inform creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and brainstorm new ideas.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and refine creative approaches.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 10+ years of experience leading creative teams and managing client relationships
