Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Parts Processor to join our thriving team at Automotive Solutions Inc. You will play an essential role in accurately receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing parts and materials, ensuring a seamless inventory management process.

Responsibilities

  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Conduct inspections for quality assurance on all parts received.
  • Organize and maintain a systematic storage methodology.
  • Monitor inventory levels and re-order parts when necessary.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Assist in managing the logistics of outgoing shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and transport companies.
  • Document and report discrepancies in inventory levels.
  • Train and supervise junior staff on inventory processes.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team on equipment upkeep.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in parts processing, inventory management, or related fields.
