Job Description

The Cable Splicer Helper will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical cables and wiring systems. This role is essential for supporting cable splicers in ensuring the safety and reliability of our electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and install electrical cables as directed.
• Assist with the troubleshooting of cable faults and repairs.
• Support safety protocols and best practices within the job site.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project timelines.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep detailed records of daily activities and reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status.
• Ensure adherence to local electrical codes and standards.
• Assist in team efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in cable splicing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in electrical work is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
