Job Description

As a Textile Knitting and Weaving Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing knitting machines within our production environment. This position demands a keen understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in training new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.
  • Work with inventory teams to ensure adequate supply of repair parts.
  • Document maintenance and repair activities in the company system.
  • Engage in quality control checks to maintain textile quality standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree or certificate in machine repair or related field is desirable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in machine repair or maintenance with a focus on textiles
