Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining assembly machines to produce high-quality products in a timely manner. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with your team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations for quality and performance.
• Conduct quality checks on output to verify conformance to specifications.
• Work closely with maintenance personnel for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Handle materials and waste according to company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback on operational improvements to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to read and interpret schematics

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
