Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting investment banking transactions by conducting financial analysis, preparing presentations, and assisting in deal execution. You will play a critical role in providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of investment banking transactions from start to finish.
• Build and maintain financial models for various types of transactions.
• Conduct industry and competitor analysis to strengthen client proposals.
• Create informative reports and pitch books for client presentations.
• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate their financial performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
