Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Greaser to perform maintenance and lubrication tasks on various machinery to secure optimal performance and longevity. A successful candidate will have hands-on experience in a similar role and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure machinery is well lubricated.
• Follow prescribed procedures for inventory management of greasing supplies.
• Detect and report any equipment issues to the maintenance manager.
• Work closely with team members on repair and maintenance projects.
• Identify potential safety risks and implement improvements.
• Document maintenance logs accurately to meet compliance standards.
• Undertake training sessions to stay current with maintenance best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss maintenance progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance role or as a Greaser.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Lubrication techniques

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Time management

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems: Familiarity with basic electrical maintenance will be a plus.
