The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing parking management plans, analyzing occupancy trends, and coordinating maintenance efforts. Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends in parking data to recommend improvements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance revenue generation and reduce operational costs.
  • Monitor and manage parking operations including revenue collection and occupancy levels.
  • Prepare regular performance reports detailing operational metrics.
  • Conduct user surveys to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Implement customer engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Support the planning and design of new parking infrastructure.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss project updates and concerns.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Operations Management preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in parking management or related civil engineering field
