Job Description

As a Mica Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and installing mica products such as sheets, insulators, and gaskets. We are looking for skilled individuals who excel in using a variety of tools to create custom mica parts that exceed client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate mica components.
• Ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Assist in training new employees on techniques and safety practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for product innovation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mica or electrical components manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• CNC operation
• Lean Manufacturing principles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• CNC Machining experience: Experience operating and programming CNC machinery for precise geometric fabrication.
