Job Description

As an Outdoor Power Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining lawn mowers, garden tractors, and various small engine equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all repairs are conducted following manufacturer specifications.
  • Interact with customers to provide excellent service and solutions.
  • Conduct testing on repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to equipment repairs.
  • Assist in shop inventory management and organization.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training in automotive or mechanical fields is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical repair
