As a Preschool Teacher at ABC Education, you will play a vital role in the early development of children, creating engaging lesson plans that promote intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with educational standards.

• Monitor and document each child's development and behavior.
• Communicate effectively with families about classroom activities and student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Utilize technology and resources to create innovative learning experiences.
• Promote positive peer interactions and conflict resolution skills.
• Provide support and encouragement to children with varying abilities.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting

Languages

• Spanish: Basic
