Job Description

Join our team as a Coating Machine Operator where you will be at the heart of our paper production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain advanced paper coating machines, ensuring that we consistently produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and efficiency standards. You'll need to be detail-oriented and proactive about monitoring machine operations for any adjustments necessary to maintain optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up various paper coating machines in line with quality standards.
• Monitor production runs and ensure proper machine functions.
• Run regular quality checks and document findings.
• Identify and resolve any machine issues that may hinder production.
• Work with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Keep a detailed record of machine performance and maintenance schedules.
• Participate in safety training and uphold safety regulations at all times.
• Help train junior staff members on machine operation protocols and best practices.
• Coordinate with supply chain on materials needed for production.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs to maintain machinery performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector

Technical Skills

• Machinery troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent
