Job Description

As a Mortgage Loan Interviewer at Leading Mortgage Services Inc., you will be responsible for interviewing loan applicants to determine their financial eligibility. Your role will involve reviewing credit histories and verifying employment and financial information, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan application process.

Responsibilities

  • Interview clients to gather information about credit history, employment, income, and other financial data.
  • Explain loan options and terms to clients, addressing any questions they may have.
  • Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, loan officers, and underwriters.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on loan status updates.
  • Participate in training to maintain industry knowledge.
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at improving loan processing efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage lending or financial services.
