Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Production Manager to lead our gas operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production processes, optimizing gas distribution, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the gas operations team to ensure effective production and distribution.
  • Formulate and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and compliance checks.
  • Negotiate contracts with equipment suppliers and service providers.
  • Establish KPIs for performance measurement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on new projects and upgrades.
  • Conduct training programs for staff regarding safety and operational protocols.
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends to forecast operational needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports on production metrics and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in gas operations are preferred
