Pile Driver Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pile Driver Operator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will operate diesel pile hammers and other heavy equipment to drive posts and foundation materials into the ground. Safety and precision are paramount in this role.

Responsibilities

• Drive pilings into the ground using heavy machinery while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain operational standards.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation and project execution.
• Record all work performed and materials utilized in the construction process.
• Assist in the training of new personnel on equipment operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically diesel pile hammers.
