Job Description

As a Stocker and Order Filler, you will play a crucial role in our inventory management system by maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring inventory is organized and accessible. Your day-to-day tasks will involve receiving shipments, organizing products, and assisting in fulfilling customer orders efficiently. Attention to detail is key, as you will be responsible for monitoring stock accuracy and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and inspect products and materials.
• Label items according to company standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Assist in training new staff in inventory procedures.
• Work closely with sales and production to ensure order fulfillment.
• Identify and rectify errors in stock levels.
• Assist in implementing inventory control processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss inventory status.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and movements.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes within the inventory department.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in similar roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean Six Sigma Certification: Knowledge of Lean methodologies for process improvement.
• Prior Experience in a Warehouse: Experience operating in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
