Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Foam Rubber Curer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our curing equipment to produce top-notch foam rubber products. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety standards will play a key role in our production process.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage the curing process of foam rubber products.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations during the production process.
• Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics.
• Provide feedback to the production supervisor regarding equipment conditions.
• Participate in daily production strategy meetings.
• Support cross-training initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in manufacturing or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in foam rubber production.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in operating curing machinery
• Understanding of safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Dependability

Advantageous

• Prior experience with memory foam production: Previous work with memory foam will provide an edge in this role.
• Familiarity with quality control processes: Experience in QA processes is beneficial for maintaining product standards.
