Job Description

As an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced bonding machinery within a manufacturing environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient production while adhering to strict quality standards. You will work closely with team members to meet production targets and uphold safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of adhesive bonding equipment effectively.
• Conduct quality checks on the final products and raw materials.
• Collaborate on problem-solving mechanical issues during production.
• Record production logs and machine activity consistently.
• Engage in team collaboration to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Adapt to fast-paced production demands while maintaining quality.
• Participate in ongoing training programs for equipment and safety.
• Assist supervisors in monitoring production metrics.
• Identify areas for potential improvement in production techniques.
• Report equipment malfunctions and request repairs as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years in manufacturing or textile industry preferred
