Tool and Die Maker (Hub Cutter)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hub Cutter to operate hub cutting machinery and work closely with engineering teams to meet specifications. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation of hub cutting machinery during production runs.
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot any production issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule regular equipment checks.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Certification in advanced machining techniques is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Welding and fabrication
• Blueprint reading

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
