Job Description

As a Kosher Dietary Service Supervisor, you will manage a dedicated dietary team, ensuring that all meals are prepared according to kosher dietary standards. Your leadership will guarantee adherence to food safety regulations and the fulfillment of our clients' dietary needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the dietary team in food preparation and service.
  • Ensure all meals meet kosher certification and standards.
  • Monitor and order food supplies efficiently to minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular training on food safety practices and kosher laws.
  • Create nutritious and appealing menus based on dietary requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments for special dietary needs.
  • Perform regular audits of food safety compliance.
  • Encourage team development and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field
  • Certification in Kosher food service preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of dietary services experience, with management responsibilities
