Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to develop and produce high-quality documentation for our innovative technology products. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating user manuals, API documentation, and technical guides, converting complex information into user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize technical documentation and release notes.
• Coordinate documentation projects to meet deadlines.
• Analyze and evaluate user feedback to improve existing documentation.
• Facilitate training sessions for internal staff on documentation tools.
• Ensure all documentation meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Manage and update documentation repositories and archives.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or related discipline

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software documentation
