Job Description

Seeking experienced Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders for our textile manufacturing facility. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines while ensuring optimal performance and quality output.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate textile machinery to ensure optimal production output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and document production metrics to ensure quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product integrity.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production forecasts and challenges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area.
• Foster a culture of safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in textile manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• Textile Machinery Knowledge
• Preventive Maintenance

Languages

• English: Basic
