Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Astronomer to join our team at Research Horizons Group. In this role, you will engage in research and analysis to develop and test theories regarding the universe's origins and evolution. Collaboration with other scientists and mentoring students will be key components of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test mathematical models related to astronomical phenomena.
  • Engage in community outreach to share knowledge about astrophysics.
  • Participate in grant writing for funding opportunities.
  • Foster interdisciplinary partnerships with other scientific fields.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Astrophysics or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of research and published work in theoretical astrophysics.
