Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to create and maintain user manuals, online help documentation, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and produce documents that outline software features and functionalities.
• Utilize tools and technologies to create dynamic documentation.
• Engage with end-users to gather insights and improve documentation effectiveness.
• Maintain an archive of all documentation for future reference.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure consistency of information across platforms.
• Develop templates for documentation to maintain uniformity.
• Deliver final documentation projects on time and within scope.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a technical field
• Master's degree a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in creating technical documentation

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• Software Documentation Standards

Certifications

• Technical Writing Certification from an Accredited Institution

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with API documentation: Understanding of how to document APIs and software integrations.
