Responsibilities

• Design and apply intricate patterns on a variety of surfaces.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop new product ideas.
• Prepare and organize work materials and tools for projects.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for design concepts.
• Conduct quality control assessments on finished products.
• Train and mentor new team members in hand-decorating techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in an art-related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in hand-decorating or a similar role

Languages
